I would like to complain about a recruitment agency named centrumjobs. They emailed me for a job offer to work in Ireland with "Child Care" as job description. In order to process the said application they asked my CV, then directed me to this email address; [protected]@gmail.com, in order for them to assist in my getting a registration number in the state work office of Ireland. Likewise, prepare the necessary cover letter and Europass CV to be sent to the specified employer chosen for me by centrumjobs which "Bluebird Care", located in Dublin, Ireland. The [protected]@gmail.com directed me to get the services of Brightcove Limited in UK to purchase they're services to prepare my application which cost me 30 pounds which I charged using my credit card. Then they (Brightcove Limited) again offered a courier service worth 16 pounds, which I again charged using my credit card, for the immediate delivery of my documents to my said employer which is Bluebird Care. After a week, I tried contacting centrmjobs to follow-up the status of my application, no reply has ever been forwarded. I tried contacting they're messenger ID "eurojobcontact" via live chat, no reply was given as well as to the status of my application. Please help me by investigating this matter. I stumbled upon this website when I tried to google for information about the said agencies. Guys, all I'm asking you when you accept a job offer on the net, please research the company. Its not enough that they have a nice website, try calling the said number and you won't get any answer. They may not be charging you a big amount of money, but a small amount coming from different individuals around the world when pooled becomes a huge amount. The person who made the website of centrumjobs knows web design and software on the net, please don't further his cause by getting fooled. Do not fall for his trap, be smart with your money.
The letter received by shahjahan was asking for a recommendation letter, preferably from a previous employer. I cannot help but notice this part of the letter stating "The recommendation may not be in English - in this case, we will manage the translation." I believe all recommendation letters should be written in English since this is the only acceptable language used universally as the method of communication for applicants applying for a job overseas. Its odd for an agency to accept a recommendation letter written in someones native language, then offer to translate the said document in English. Translation of a recommendation letter in English would make it appear tampered and therefore be rendered null and void. Recommendation letters should be written in English by previous employers with signatures affixed to the said document, then if at all possible be authenticated by an attorney to make it legal and binding. Please re-examine the letter, perhaps I am mistaken by my assumption, that this again one of the many fake letters you are receiving.

I have expected this turn out a long time ago, after I made my complaint on this site. After conducting an investigation on the matter, I found out long ago even before they sent me this result letter from my so called employer (Bluebird Care) who they recommended then. I learnt the company was only hiring locally, naturally they won't apply the necessary working permit that i need to work in Ireland. Am one of those victim conned by this scammers on 27/5/2022,they requested me to submit employment pass application since I had no any idea about the documents,they referred me to a certain documents processing whom I paid 29 euros.

I found this website a week ago, as if all the contents are true. The salary and other privileges are stated there. The only problem is, I have to deposit an amount of 32 euro. I used services of Cenrumjobs recently.
First, I didn’t pay fees for visa, accommodation, work permit and plane ticket. The employer cared about these costs. The only fee is for documents preparation payable to specialized company that completed my documents for a day. I’m so thankful that I have a well-paid job
