Rip Off Theiving Company
I purchased a product from cellular Stream. It was defective when I received them. Sent them back at my cost. They accused me of sending them something other than what they sent me. They have the merchandise they sent me and refuse to give a credit. As a customer I have no merchandise and no credit. This company rips people off. Do not do business with them.
Desired outcome: I want my money back as the company has the merchandise.
Customer service
The company can and will keep your money if you return a phone to them and its not functioning upon arrival. Why is that a problem? Because if the phone gets damaged coming to your house because this company likes to ship its expensive electronics in unpadded envelopes you will be left footing the bill. What a sad day. :(
I've never dealt with such a awful company in my entire life. I ordered a phone by mistake and asked for a RMA the same day it arrived. I never even touched the device but they were still able to just keep my money.
Desired outcome: A full refund of my hard earned money.
sold me a used cell phone advertised as a new phone
eBay item number:[protected] was purchased by me as "NEW AND NEVER USED" cell phone however that is simply not accurate for a number of reasons.. Seller sticker inside the phone box states "tested, ready for REUSE", Sim card removal tool is MIA, protective plastic coating is MIA on phone, no seal on the box, not original box, no headphones, etc... so this was a USED PHONE...NOT "NEW NEVER USED" AS this seller DESCRIBE IN THE EBAY LISTING. Do not do business with cellularstream or Unified Solutions Corp who is a known cell phone refurbish service provider, not a retailer of NEW cell phones. BEWARE!

Don’t buy from the jerks from the company www.cellularstream.com. I bought phone from them, but they delivered blocked phone, which was impossible to unblock and activate. I sent them emails and messages. I waited 2 weeks and they finally agreed to return my money. I was so relieved, but too early. They lied, promised, and finally I got nothing from them.These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide the worst services ever. Please post your comments about this company.
I would avoid these guys like the plague
I ordered a phone from these guys through Ebay and was sent a phone that could not be activated. After wrangling with them for a week over the phone long distance, they finally admitted that they do not have any of the model that I paid for and tried to sell me a much more expensive phone. I was only able to get a full refund after the intervention of Ebay customer support. They seem to be engaging in some questionable practices and have awful customer service skills. I would avoid these guys like the plague!
Purchased refurbished Note2 from CellularStream to replace my previous one that lasted 4 years until I broke it. I should have paid closer attention to the 30 day (from purchase) warranty because the phone lasted 66 days from activation, started spontaneously restarting, factory reset itself twice, then died. I've spent hours trying to reload the ROM but it appears to have internal electronic problems. I contacted CellularStream to get an exception to their warranty and I was denied. $125 gone forever.
Crazy customer service u could wait easily an hour for a representative!
