CB&S BanK - rude manager

I would like to submit this complaint pertaining to the CBS Bank branch located in Ripley, MS. The reason for this complaint is due to the nature of the treatment I receive when I go to this bank as well as the way my accounts are handled at this branch. The person I am specifically writing about is Woody. I'm thinking that his job there is the manager but I am not completely certain of that. I do a great deal of business with this bank as I am a business owner of 2 convenience stores. I have a total of 4 accounts there with one being my personal account.
For the entire year I have tried to remain patient and calm with this man but have grown tired of the rude attitude he gives when I go there or when it comes to my accounts. I cant give any one reason as to what he has done specifically. Sometimes it is not what a person actually does but rather how they make you feel. As I said, I deal with a substantial amount of money through these accounts at this bank and naturally you will expect some errors on both sides. He gives the conception that he has no tolerance for this. I am seriously considering other potential banking options as I dont know how much longer I can do business like this. If it were not for the nice tellers in the bank I would have already closed my accounts. I was under the assumption that banks and their clients were to have a relationship that was understanding and without prejudice. I dont feel as if I have this at this bank because of this one person.
I feel certain that this man should receive some sort of reprimand for his treatment to the patrons of this bank. I will be most obliged to give you any further information that you need pertaining to this matter. I simply want to go into this bank and feel the warm atmosphere that a bank should exude. Thank you for your time.
