Ordered drive-thru, the order was taken wrong and they charged me and gave me an order I didn't order. Plus, the food they did give me was GROSS and I would never order this item, they have no phone number on their receipt nor any way to complain on the internet. I will not be going back there again.

I waited almost 15 minutes on the driveway and I was the only one and the drive thru. The food was extremely salty . I ordered breaded chicken with fries and I could eat it . The chicken was really burn from the outside and hard from inside. Disgusting.
My ordered was incomplete and damaged

I ordered two loaded breakfast burritos from Carl’s Jr. with no pico the Gallo, and they made him wrong. Both of the burritos came with pico the Gallo.

I went to the Carl’s Jr. at 2300 Sunrise Blvd., Rancho Cordova 95670. I purchased two hand breaded chicken sandwich meals and when I receive my meals half a sandwich it was all bun the chicken itself was very little should not be paying almost $12 for a half a sandwich. And there was barely any dressing on our sandwich. What you made it very dry

It's May 18 2023 at 6:45am an I was trying to order food an the an both doors are locked so as I'm knocking the employee's were not answering the door an they were hidden in the back .
I ordered Chicken Wings was not available then I ordered Chicken Grilled burger that was too not available. And then we were enjoying some available meals and then coke was finished. I went there today on 21/05/2023 On Sunday. I request you to kindly look into matter.
