Capital Eurocars Part, and service I was charged for that I did not receive.

I was lied to about my car by nick! And he’s lying now about the instructions he gave me. They said the ignition lock module was changed but why wasn’t the ignition changed with it, key remote was working when brought in but know it’s not, key stuck in how you tried and program the car with a dead battery. Ask them were is my lock module that came off the car, because the key and module that’s on there know can’t be corresponding together. This is how my car was brought to me. Then got $974.44. When my husband complained about the parts not being put on one man told him to shut up. The key is the same key we had, the only work that was done was the air bag recall. The man nick saw that the work had not been done he then tried to scramble and cover themselves he lied to jennifer about the work that was done, I have never had this experience with a business before I am very disappointed, and I am requesting a full refund. Please assist me with this matter. After this was brought to light the service guy asked me to bring my car back. My car is now having problems that it didn't have. I want my money back and I am going to take my car to gainsville.

Desired outcome: I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

Capital Eurocars unethical behavior

On 05/10/17 I purchased a vehicle or thought I purchased a vehicle from Capital Eurocars Inc a division of Crown Auto Group located at 3705 W Tennessee St, Tallahassee, FL 32304, a (2017 MB E300 ) with a cashier's check for $10, 000 as cash down. After completing the paperwork with finance person Billy Strickland I was told that I would receive copies of signed documents via email, it took almost 60 days to receive them. I was told by the finance person at the dealership on 05/11/17 that First Commerce Credit Union in Tallahassee FL was the lender that would service my loan. After waiting a couple of weeks I contacted my salesman and asked when I would be getting my paperwork and when my first payment would be due. The salesman said repeatedly he would check on it and get back with me, which he did not do. The week of June 30, 2017 I called the salesman to get an update and I was then told that First Commerce had not accepted my loan. I was also told that the finance person Billy Strickland, who was working my loan quit on May 12, 2017, and my loan and several others were left undone. Additionally, the financial services manager Mandy Barnard, ran my credit on 06/26/17 (2) and 06/29/17 (1) without my consent causing my FICO score to fall. After asking dealer to refrain from pulling my credit at the end of June 2017, they pulled my credit 3 more time in July 2017. Which is a violation of The Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 (“FCRA”). This may be a widespread example of predatory practices and lending by Capital Eurocars Inc. My cars that were traded in were sold and I am afraid I will lose my money that was put down. This dealership is not working in my best interest. This is the second Mercedes Benz I have owned or attempted to own and the Mercedes Benz brand has been severely tarnished in my eyes. I was ignored by management repeatedly at Capital Eurocars Inc a division of Crown Auto Group . The Florida Department of Motor Vehicles, Department of Financial Services & Department of Agriculture are investigating the matter.

Capital Eurocars mercedes benz

My auto was dropped of at the CapitalEuro Dealership in Tallahassee, Fl on November 15, 2010. To date I have not received one phone call, email or any other type of communication from the Service Representative, Tony Taylor nor anyone else at the dealership. After a week, I telephoned the dealership...made several attempts to speak with Mr. Taylor regarding my vehicle, but to no avail...he was never in his office and I was always asked if I wanted to leave a message which I finally did. A couple of days later I telephone the dealership, got transferred around several times and then got Tony. He said hello, I begin to speak and all of a sudden the call was disconnected. I call again, asked to speak with his supervisor and was told that his supervisor was with a customer. I asked who could I speak with to talk to about my problem. I was given a lady named Lorraine. I told Lorraine what I had been through. She told me that she would speak with Tony and g
et back to me. She got back to me that following Monday, November 22nd. Ms. Lorraine told me that she had spoken with Tony at that several things were wrong with the car and that I needed to speak with Tony about the repairs. She said that she would have Tony to phone me. I told her that I had spoken with my Nephew who had driven there to find out what was going on and to get the quote on the repairs. I told Lorraine to have Tony get most of the repairs done and that because it was a holiday week, I understand that it might not be completed until the next Monday. The next Monday has come and gone and so has another Monday. Today is December 2nd and I still haven’t heard a word from anyone at CapitalEuro Dealership. Can someone please help me with getting my auto back?
