My auto was dropped of at the CapitalEuro Dealership in Tallahassee, Fl on November 15, 2010. To date I have not received one phone call, email or any other type of communication from the Service Representative, Tony Taylor nor anyone else at the dealership. After a week, I telephoned the dealership...made several attempts to speak with Mr. Taylor regarding my vehicle, but to no avail...he was never in his office and I was always asked if I wanted to leave a message which I finally did. A couple of days later I telephone the dealership, got transferred around several times and then got Tony. He said hello, I begin to speak and all of a sudden the call was disconnected. I call again, asked to speak with his supervisor and was told that his supervisor was with a customer. I asked who could I speak with to talk to about my problem. I was given a lady named Lorraine. I told Lorraine what I had been through. She told me that she would speak with Tony and g
et back to me. She got back to me that following Monday, November 22nd. Ms. Lorraine told me that she had spoken with Tony at that several things were wrong with the car and that I needed to speak with Tony about the repairs. She said that she would have Tony to phone me. I told her that I had spoken with my Nephew who had driven there to find out what was going on and to get the quote on the repairs. I told Lorraine to have Tony get most of the repairs done and that because it was a holiday week, I understand that it might not be completed until the next Monday. The next Monday has come and gone and so has another Monday. Today is December 2nd and I still havenâ€™t heard a word from anyone at CapitalEuro Dealership. Can someone please help me with getting my auto back?
