I have never recd this product, DHL made a mistake on delivery apparently it was lost and signed for, I have wrote several emails to both you and DHL who are both saying either company have been in touch, I have made endless phone calls and the last one DHL are telling me that a claim has never been made, we are now in the 7th March I am 800.00 down and a further 400.00 for a replacement ski coat that I had to purchase for my son to go to Austria as I didn't receive your one!!!.
I have never ever been made to feel as you as a company and DHL have made me feel for something I have no control over and may I add am the victim in all of this and especially between two reputable companies, please can you look into this matter as a matter of urgency as I am going to contact WATCHDOG .

    It is not Canada Goose's fault DHL delivered to the wrong address unless you gave the wrong address in the order. This would be an issue for DHL to fix or refund.
