BUYER BEWARE! INCOMPETENT business owner who made a bride's worst nightmare come true instead of making her dream wedding dress. She promised to deliver a wedding dress + 8 bridesmaids dresses and 3 days BEFORE the wedding said she can't finish them and simply walked away from the job! What kind of business owner does that?! Despite many visits to her store by the bride and the bridesmaids, and being promised everytime that she will finish all the dresses no matter what, that if they have to work O/T they will, that they have never failed to deliver...ALL a bunch of LIES since just few days before the wedding she said she can't finish them, she just left the bride empty-handed without showing any remorse OR compensation OR offering any solution at all.
Just put yourself in bride's shoes and imagine the amount of trouble and stress her whole family went through just to find a competent business to take over the un-finished dresses in 2 days...SAVE YOUR $, SAVE YOUR ENERGY and AVOID THIS BUSINESS, you'll get the BIGGEST disappointment of your life. Here's an advice for you Illiana, If you don't have the resources or the man power to do a job, don't be so GREEDY and rush to accept it, knowing you won't be able to deliver on your promises. Your business will not survive this way. Just wait and see.
My friend did not recieve what she asked and I am upset to have witnessed what happened the other year as I am looking for my own dress this brings back painful memories
This woman is a money scamming woman she has zero talent or skills to create beautiful dresses cant believe she's still in business please go else where . She's a fraud . As I am reading the positive reviews they seem very familiar . I suspect Iliana has her friends write reviews . Something smells fishy
Wish I could leave a review on her dress making ability, but the owner, lliana, was incredibly rude and hostile to my friend (who is the bride) when we walked into our appointment that we ended up just walking right out. A little tip lliana: You are in the business of customer service. Openly shunning a bride and her friend who walked in for an appointment - that was booked three weeks in advance - is not the way to attract business. Your customers are your livelihood. And you lost a sale that day simple because you are rude and dismissive to your customers. We have been to many bridal shops and enjoyed every experience differently. Cache Couture is honestly the worst place we have ever been to. Don't waste your time or money. The person above me commenting on her disappointment for the dresses not being made in time seems very likely considering the hostility we were greeted with when we simply came in for an appointment. Buying a bridal dress is a huge decision in a woman's life and part of that experience is enjoying the process. There are better shops in town. Don't waste your time here.
I am shocked to see this SLANDERING and find it very offensive because I have had a gorgeous evening dressed made by Cache Couture and not only did it reach my expectations it went beyond. Iliana was warm and genuine and very welcoming when I came to her store. She listened to my vision of my dress and made it come true. Just as you enter her store the atmosphere is breath taking and the most beautiful store i've ever been in. I'm shocked to know how close minded and evil people can be to make false accusations and comments. Ilianas store will NOT suffer due to this psychotic statements because her work ethnic and professionalism speaks for itself. I know for a fact I will be coming back to her again as a happy client but this time as a new bride. I can not wait for her to make me my dream dress just as she has before. Good luck to this person who dare complain. You can not sabotage true beauty in Ilianas gift of creating magical dresses. Her work speaks for itself. Thank you for your time reviewing my comment. I am shocked to see this "complaint", or should I say "rant"? Personally speaking Iliana (and her talented group of seamstresses) have delivered a couture dress for me, one that fit like a glove, and might I add that the dress was measured, fitted and delivered in three short days! I have worn that dress on national Canadian television and as MC on stage in front of twenty thousand (yes, that's 20, 000) people to great reviews.
Guess I am wondering why you need to share your ugliness with the rest of the world? Did she fail you? Or are you just impossible to please? Are YOU a thief and a liar ? Who can tell?
Normally, I never engage in this type of "negative campaign" nonsense as this type of attack always has a "hidden agenda". I am however shocked that you would be so willing to throw blame away to where it would land on the vulnerable. Are you telling us all there is? Somehow I doubt it. DISCLOSURE: I know Iliana personally, have worked with her and recognize in her a deep sense of honesty and professionalism. More than a few of my friends have had wardrobes made by her Atelier, and all are happy customers - not one complaint. Perhaps you might like to disclose all the details of the order to Iliana in this public forum so she can answer your accusations directly? Or..do you prefer to hide behind the annonimous blanket of social media complainer status? I will ask Iliana what this trash talk is all about, then we will post more on her side of the story - and I bet this will make for a great blog post - I have a feeling this is going to get great, or is it going to get ugly?
