Buyshop store I ordered (3) Wheels Wild Thing Powered 360

1 ordered (3) Wheels Wild Thing Powered o. NOVEMBER 26, 3022. Order number 4866. On November 26th $119.97 was taken from my bank account. A confirmation of my order was received. Shipped information was received and indicated shipment was in South Carolina. I never received a tracking number. Now there is no record of a shipment. Their website has changed. At this point I just want my money back.

Desired outcome: I want my money back.

Buyshop store Blaux 3 air conditioner (personal)

My name is Christine J Koszela. Around June 11, 2020, Transaction #5SC326506C2867807 was charged twice and I have not received my order! I'm Really upset and I would like to have my Money Back! Please make this right! During this time of Crisis, I spent much needed money for this, trusting I would receive it! I'm on an extremely fixed budget and this was an air conditioner I could take with me, beings as I have No A/C in my home! Temperature outside today is 113... you can imagine how the inside feels! I'm Praying that you either refund me or send the unit I purchased!

Buyshop store Paid for one pool, got another

Ordered a 15x40 pool with ground cover, filter and pool cover on May 16. They sent me an email stating they received my order. Emailed me when it shipped, with a Chinese tracking number. Could not track once it hit the us. Emailed them many times asking where my pool was, kept getting the runaround. Said I wanted a refund and was told they would only refund 10%. Pool finally arrived yesterday in a tiny little box. It's 6x20, less than half the size of what I ordered and nothing else. I have emailed them but no response.

Buyshop store 15 x 40 easy set pool with pool pump, cover, and ground cover

I received a 12 x 30 BestWay pool that needs an pump/filter but did not contain the filter. I have emailed multiple times and have been told all I could expect to receive is a 20% refund, but hey feel free to keep the pool. I requested a manager contact me but was told she could not and that's when I was told most I would get is a 20% refund. This amounts to about $40 nowhere near the cost of the pump suitable for this pool. This is a scam.

Buyshop store 12ft by 36 in pool

I purchased a pool on May 23 and paid extra to have it expedited. ($15.99) and it said it would come between 7-23 days.
It has been almost a month and I have not received it.
I would like to get refunded the $15.99 since it has not come within the time it said it would be here.
I'm very upset over this.
I have tried going in the tracking app to track it and it says that it is at FedEx but doesn't say when it will be delivered. Then I went on the FedEx site and does not tell me when I can expect it.

Buyshop store Worst service ever

After reading about the Azio HD case in our local paper I decided to have a look at the Azio web site. After deciding that I liked the product, I was directed to this reseller by the manufacturer. It took 29 days, several emails and one phone call before I received the HD case from Buynshop.com. They wouldn't communicate and did not actually return the phone call but I received the case shortly after the call. We live in a small mountain town with no home delivery but only PO Boxes at the post office. They priority mailed the case to our home address and we were lucky to get it as the PO will often rejected packages with only a street address. I got lucky and they figured out who it belonged to. Overall, a sad and negative experience related to my business with Buynshop.com. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything you might need quickly. I had a 250GB Maxtor sitting and waiting for the case for nearly a month.
