Location: Meadows Apartments in Capital Heights, MD

I parked my car on Wednesday 7/13/22. The parking permit was hanging in my rear view. Today, 7/14/22, it was towed. I was on the phone for roughly 20 minutes while they tried to figure out why they towed it. I was on hold for the 20 minutes but they kept coming back on the line asking questions as if to implicate me. Finally after 20 minutes they got back on the line and said the parking pass wasn’t there which is not true. It was there when I parked. I feel they the mistakenly towed it due to no tags being on the front of my car given my car is registered in WV. They have a policy of towing when a car doesn’t have tags. I feel that after searching for a reason for an hour and then an additional 20 minutes while I remained in hold they decided to break in my vehicle and remove the parking pass.

They tow your car even with the temporary sticker that the rental office gives you they just out for money I moved into the complex in July 14 2017 they provided me a temp pass until 8/14/17 until I got my tags for the car now I my car was towed on the 12th of Aug, which they claim it wasn't in the window and it was I paid I called the rental office they stated they wood give me my pass but I work from 5am tail 6 she said just change the date tail the 18th when I'm off it should be fine I wake up to go to work again and they towed it again stating the date has been changed I know the lady in the rental office told me to until I get into the office on the 18 of Aug when I'm off the guy stated they wouldn't tell u that I try to explain to him with my work schedule she said do it he was very rude now I missed two days of work
