Sonoma cigarettes
I bought a pack of sonoma 100s (filtered) and all the filters just fell off. Very weird. First time this has ever happened, and i've pics to prove.. I shouldn't have to worry I may have left a smoke behind, and it's right now catching my house on fire, bc I didn't know it fell off the cigarette. Luckily I just lost a pillowcase! I want what I bought.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement of cigarettes

premier menthol tubes
What is wrong with these tubes? They're not compatible with any tobacco including the premier tobacco. They are cheaply made and that's apparent. I'm forced to buy these if my store are out of my usual and almost every time I do there is at least 3 tubes missing! These are terrible and i will not buy them again! I'll just find a new store. I'd also like a refund!

These tubes are horrible! I've never had so much trouble making cigarettes in the 2 yrs I've been rolling my own. I waste more than I can actually get to fill Right! Was forced to switch from normal brand because the store here only carries this brand. Thought I'd give these a try rather than go thru hassle of ordering online and having to store multiple boxes while traveling. Well needless to say I'm done wasting my money on these and I'm going back to my usual brand regardless of having to try n find a place to store them
STALE PRODUCT
I purchased this product in ormond beach fla, after spending time with parents. I was not familar with it in my area which is tampa fla. The store owner recommended it saying he sells a lot of it. I opened it and it was like straw, could barely roll it in the machine. I took it back to the retailer and he told me to contact the company. I will never buy this again. I purchased it at quik stop located on ridgewood ave in ormond beach fla.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Every time i go to light a smoke it is already riped from the filter i usually dont have this problem but i have the last three packs uhg. They coust to much to be like this i cant smoke them without the filter. Please contact me back. This has been 3/4 smokes out of each pack its been 8 packs in a row. [protected] is my number
I am very disappointed, I have been smoking USA GOLD RED 100S for 8 year now and the past 20+ packs every cigarette has broken at the filter. Waiting over several packs worth. Such a waste of money and I dont wanna keep having my money go to waste. Fix them because I will not be wasting my hard earned money on cigarettes where I cant even smoke!
I bought a pack of USA gold 100's in the pack was two cigarettes with holes in the filter and one with a hole by the filter. I smoked one and it didn't taste good.
not to be rude but my grand father who is a smoker and im not. he hasnt had a problem with the bull durham pipe tobacco just only 1 time it was a little dry but that was all. you can always just put the tobacco into a blender and cut it up that way. which is 1 way my grand father did with a different brand of tobacco but he likes the BD more then any other he has tried out.
