One major problem is that you have the wrong number on the website.
People who buy Brada products suffer a lot for their products in Canada.
Can you please guide for parts?
I need its soap dish cover as its edge is broken.

The Phone number and address on this site is not for BRADA Appliances.
The information listed is for a machine shop in Rhode Island that has nothing to do with appliance manufacturing.
The people there are nice and will try to point you in the right direction if they can.
If anyone knows the proper contact information for BRADA appliance customer service please post it.

I can select the settings I want (time and type of wash cycle) I click start and it starts filling with water, and it won't start the wash cycle.
However it will go through the time set with nothing happening. I have tried everything.

2010, a Brada dishwasher was purchased at the Brick. My first one had a faulty pump spilling water all over the floor >> I had to get a new dishwasher. My mistake was getting another Brada. 2010 October I purchased a LG smooth top stove. A few weeks later I went to turn the oven on >>. huge sparks flew with a loud bang. Again more problems with the Brick. They sent me a new LG stove.

From now on I will purchase appliances from a reliable local dealer who I know and trust!

Never Never again will I shop at the BRICK! I cannot afford to pay for repairs when I am on a fixed income.

We purchased the Brada washing machine from the Brick in Apr 2010. In May 2011 the pump gave out. They came and fixed it. Now in Aug 2011 the motor went. We called the Brick, they said it would be a month before someone can come look at it. We did purchase the extended warranty through the Brick as well. We ended up paying for another comany to come in and fix it and cost us $300.00. Please stay away from The Brick and Brada appliances!

Summary of issues : 2 1/2 years ago bought BRADA front load washer / dryer with a 5 year extended warranty. Dryer broke in summer of this year - took 5 weeks to get fixed - nobody takes responsibility for anything. went for 5 weeks without a dryer. finally after DAILY phone calls too numerous to count, screaming at the customer service people, speaking with supervisors, managers, etc. the dryer was finally fixed. Nobody would order the part .. It's not my job, it's somebody else's job. right after dryer fixed, washer broke (for the 2nd time) -- went without washer for 2 months ... far too many phone calls, begging, pleading, screaming, emails, faxes (noneof which were ever answered), and a final threat to contact our lawyer if it wasn't fixed the next day, or at least somebody contact us, they called. It was the threat of legal action. They are a JOKE ! Rude, no customer service, don't care about the customer. They actually told me that they could not fit my time frame of a repairman coming (after 3:45 PM) into their schedule. Are you kidding me? Customers are expected to use their schedule. It takes weeks to get an answer, a repair part ordered, and for it to be finally fixed.
We cancelled our BRICK card, told them we would never buy anything from them again, and they didn't care at all.
Manager at store level couldn't care less once the sale is made, and forget the salesman.
The contempt I have for them doesn't even show in this report. NEVER deal with them - it's a gong show !
