Boohoo.comNever received my items. Horrible experience!!

I made a order early in December last year, only to get an email from the company that their orders are being held in customs. After a little more than a month or so, I received another email stating that I will get a refund and still get my order.
I received a new tracking number and wasn't able to track it. After some time it said " delivered"but I never received it. So I was not in fact compensated in any way for what is their fault.
I also paid for express delivery on another offer around that time and received it more than two weeks later. They are unfair and I will never buy from them again.
