I paid for an international service to Mexico, and they said they shipped September 25th, and on November 27th they did the refund just for the prodcuts, not for the shipment, cause i didn't get my products, they say it was because of Customs, but i have asked them more than 11 times for a bill of lading or an invoice showing they sent the package and they don't want to refund me the carrier (60 usd), and i don't have any proof they sent the package, how can i be sure they did send it. Maybe it is a fraud with the shipping charge, they keep it and never send the package, refund the products and they keep the money for the shipping costs without sending it and those ar (60 usd) for doing nothing.
Please help!!!
