Bluecube ITFraud - Failing to deliver, now not responding about Refund

I was promised that I will be refunded initial deposit if not satisfied by training, but trainer was under-qualified and never appeared after 1 class Purchase Date: 11/20/2014 First Class Date: 11/21/2014 Problem Date: 11/25/2014 Sales rep: Raj Patel ([protected]@bluecubeit.com) Payment Amount: $100 Payment Method: Online through their website Details: They asked me to pay $100 to start the training and if i am not satisfied after 3 training sessions, they promised to refund my $100 that i payed as per initial agreement. I have a seperate email from the sales rep (Raj Patel) stating that I will be refunded my money if I am not satisfied within first 3 classes. I attended only 1 session during which the instructor talked nothing about GRC but SAP Security, but I thought to give a chance and waited for session session.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Parker, COThe trainer never showed up for second session nor the training support desk was reachable. I emailed them immediately informing that I am not happy with the trainer's qualification, and want my refund. Its been more than a month and they have not responded regarding my complaint or reachable by phone. All I am looking for is the $100.00 refund, which was promised by the sales rep if not satisfied by the training, which I think is fair. I am not happy with Bluecube IT because now they are not responding to my emails, and its been more than a month. I will retract my complain if I receive my refund, as I am not in personal vendetta, just need my refund.
