Bluebean / BlueBean staff lacks manners

I received a call today from Blue Bean Credit Card Division telling me that my account is over due. I will admit it that is it overdue but that is not the reason for the complaint.

On receiving the call the guy asked me why I did not make the full payment as demanded, I tried to tell him that I only paid half and would pay the rest on this Friday because I did not have the whole amount. However he did not give me a chance to talk and just kept talking. He told me that I must pay this amount and just slammed the phone down in my ear. I wish BlueBean could go back and listen to the recordings and hear this for themself.

This is very unproffesional service and I decided today that once the account is paid up I will close this account and rather try another institution because of this rude behavior.
