Cash FX Group Trade Academy Pack

I’m am seeking to secure my funds that I have requested since July 18, 2023 and it is still in the pending status to date. I have sent emails to the support team on 11/06, 12/01, and 12/06/23 and no one has gotten back to me. The website’s information is not helpful at this point so I am filing a complaint to retrieve my funds.

I have also gone on their social media outlets to see if I am able to retrieve additional information on whom to contact and it appears that others were encountering the same issues.

I followed the exact steps that were posted on their website on how to retrieve my funds but was unsuccessful. So now I’m am requesting assistance. I have 2 accounts and just need my funds so I can close the account. I can be reached via email at [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]. I thank you.
