messed up catering order, blamed restaurant for saying it included items for the catering that it did not causing us to have to scramble. THen claimed nothing could do about. about 50% of past several orders were missing items or wrong. Often hide behind not reponsible for special requests despite advertising and soliciting for them and claiming they are verifying order. Lousy side item refunds if they ruin your meal. LIke steak and potatoes for $100 well they seem to think giving you 5 dollars for the missing potatoes if you waited and looked forward to the meal is fair
Desired outcome: March and april have been a disaster for orders A full refund of two months deliveries. Given all the years Ive been a customer and how aggravating this has become, thats fair
unreliable company
I thought that delivery services like bitesquad are made for a fast delivery when you're hungry an want to get some hot food as soon as possible.
Does this company do it? No.
I waited for my order for 3 hours and of course when they finally delivered it the food was already cold. Yes, I can microwave it, no problem, but I want them to get me a hot food, that's the point.
I am not sure I can advise you to order from here. Not reliable...
