Bidrack.com SCAM Auction Site

COPIED FROM BID RACKS WEBSITE

This is "HOW IT WORKS"
1) Register to create your account.
2) Buy a Bid Pack to Rack up More Bids.
3) Find the Auctions you want to bid on & start bidding
4) If you are the last bidder when the clocks hits 0:00 you WIN!

I saw an webpage supposedly from Channel 9 News that was talking about this "New" bid site that was AWESOME! It went on and on about all the GREAT DEALS you could get and if I were to sign up through their site I would be given X amount of bids.. (I can't remember exactly) Anyway I followed their link and I registered. I then went on into their auctions and thought I better bid on some of their "BID RACKS" . I won 3. I thought it was awesome, I got them for only pennies! Well...

Thank goodness, I have an Ebay store and have an account with Paypal and had paid with that debit card. Because, it wasn't until I went back to by emails, that I discovered that they had "attempted" to charge my card $99 and because I had just transferred money into another account, it failed. But the next email said they had successfully charged my card $49. Both emails were from Paypal by the way, they always send emails of my transactions. If I hadn't been sent those emails I don't know how long it would have taken for me to know. There was never anykind of confermation or email that stated I had purchased anything other then the 3 auctions that were won for pennies.
Immediately I called Bidrack on their 800#. No answer. I left a message demanding a call back. Then I sent them an email, again demanding a refund and stating the fact they NEVER had my permission to charge my card.
I received an email back, " I'm sorry your upset. When you entered your credit card information you automatically agreed to purchasing our 175 bid packages!"

I responded rather strongly... I am sure you can imagine. Then picked up the phone and called Paypal and explained what happened. They have fronted the money back into my account. We canceled that card so they couldn't make any more unauthorized debits and Now we are waiting. They finally did call me back, 5 DAYS LATER only to tell me that they had a strict NO-REFUND policy and refused to put my money back.
BIG mistake! I have now personally proclaimed WAR on these scammers and wont stop until they are SHUT DOWN along with any other un-scrupulous outfit out here in cyberspace that wants to ROB hard working innocent people of their $$$. I hope the rest of you keep fighting for the money you worked hard for and won't simply stop at telling your story on a complaint site! File a complaint with the attorney generals office and who ever else will help. Unless we do this these kinds of companies will continue to operate. They must be stopped!

Good luck and keep fighting!

PS. I also found out later, once I found that the "Channel 9 News" Report that I read that sent me to Bid Rack in the first place, Is totally Bogus! In the fine, fine print on the bottom of the page it states that these are "actors"... wow, did I feel like an idiot.. What a "Scam"! LET'S SHUT THEM DOWN!

Bidrack.com Once you finish their so called step one, your credit card is automatically charged $99.00

There is no way to back out of the registration process, once you finish their so called step one, your credit card is automatically charged $99.00. When I phoned customer service to question why was I billed, they behaved more like bill collectors and talked to me pretty ugly. Thier only purpose is to let you know about the "no refund policy". please, please save your money, this is a scam!

Bidrack.com deception/ fraud use of my credit card

i thought i was just registering with them and i gave them my cc# in case i would win an auction, i thought i was allowing my self up to $75.00 to bid on an item and if i win an auction then they would charge my cc account the amount of my auction. So i put in 1 bid and did not get the item. But they had already charged my account the $75.00 and they offer no refunds. What a rip off this company is. The $75.00 they say is for a bid package i supposedly purchased. They refuse to return my money. But offered me 20 free bids and then i just need to pay them for the shipping. i told them i want my money back, and i was turning them in for consumer deception and fraud. here is what they gave me to do i can contact them @ [protected]@bidrack.com as well as close my account thru [protected]@bidrack.com, they called me back from this cell phone #[protected] out of california.

Bidrack.com scam , hacking , cheating system

Bidrack.com is the scam, and cheating system. Everyone must stay out of this site now. They just creates the scam and cheating system to take a bidder money.
As the bidrack states: If the auction timer reaches 00:00:00 and no new bids are placed the person who placed the last bid wins the auction and can purchase the product at the final auction price. But when the timer reaches 00:00, it displays : GOING OUT 1 TIME, this message stays for about 2 second, and then another message: GOING OUT 2 TIME
it stays there for about 2-3 more second, and then the system hangs up, freezes and then re set the timer. The result: you can never win the aution and loose all your bids.

NO PRODUCTS FOR SAVE, JUST A SCAM:
I bought total $500 bids and did not win the aution. I tried to purchase the iPad2, and uses my $500 that I bougt for credit toward the purchase price item, instead of keep bidding, but you know what: when I ckick the BUY NOW BUTTON, the system takes me right back to the purchase bid again ( the frontpage ).

HACKED, CHEATER, NO CALL ANSWERES, HANG UP THE CUSTOMER PHONE CALL:
I called the bidrack customer support, I had to wait for around 30 min, someone there picked up the phone and keep saying: hello, hello... and then hung up.
They did like that again, again and again.
I emailed bidrack support, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO RESPONDS YET.

Well, I found something else: All the items you can bid for on bidrack, you can buy from everbuying.com (chinese brands) at a fraction of the price bidrack suggests as retail. I suspect bidrack is buying wholesale from them. Plus, everbuying.com ships free to the public unlike bidrack that charges a small fortune for shipping. eg you might win the usb spongebob thingy for 0.05 but you pay 7.95 for shipping. People, you can buy this at walmart for less! I haven't received anything I've bid on yet. They show certain items have shipped but the tracking info is not live (bogus?). I don't think I was charged the $99 like some others but now I'll go check for sure. Everything seems to point to them being a ripoff!

Yes, what you said definitely doesn't sound right. But i did notice one mistake you were making. I have used bidrack and love them I got 2 ipads both under $250. You used $550 worth of bids on one? You started to low. Come in at the end, that way you only use a few bids, and that is how you get the deals!

Register for a free account. Get a free spin on the bidwheel to earn bonus bids. Purchase a bid

pack for more bids which never expire! Each bid costs on average $0.50, depending on which bid

pack option you choose. Once purchased bids are placed into your account every time you place a

bid your bid credit will go down by 1 and the price of the product will go up by just 1 cent. The time

of the auction will increase by 15 seconds every time a bid is placed. If no one else places a bid,

when the clock hits 0 you win!

Once you win its time to pay for the auction. You pay the ending auction price plus a $1.99 to

$19.99 shipping fee depending on the product (Gift Cards are only $1.99 while items delivered

instantly, such as bid vouchers, incur no shipping charge). If you do not win you still have a chance

to buy the product at a discounted rate! Simply use our Buy It Now feature. The Buy It Now

feature allows you to apply any money you spend during the auction placing bids to the Buy It Now

price. So for example lets say you spend 25 bids trying to win a $100 product and you did not win.

Your 25 bids are worth $7.50 (25 x $0.30), simply click buy it now and the $100 price will have the

$7.50 you spent on bids deducted from the price! Please note that we calculate the average bid

value here to be $0.30 due to the free bids given out on the bid wheel

This site has been planing to shut down and rip off all of its customers for months. I'm sure at first, they were lagit. But some where along the line they decided to scam all of us. they are an auction site that you buy bids from and then bid on items. the problem is, they don't send you the items that you won. It's been way over two months since I won my first item and I still haven't received it. so far, I have won 15 items and only received one out of fifteen. I have spent well over a thousand dollars on bids and paying for these items. how they have gotten away with this for so long. i don't know. but I hope that the feds get involved with this. site. if anyone know how to report them. and who to report them to. please let us know by posting here. thanks much

Sadly, my experience with Bidrack is the same as everyone else's on here. They took my $99; that's all there is to say about that. I did win one auction, for a Sponge Bob Squarepants Watch for my son. The bid for the watch was like $.38. Shipping and handling was $9.95. It took 8 weeks to arrive, though they charged my credit card immediately. I swear, I can't imagine how I'd feel if I had bid $400 on a computer and this happened. This place is a total rip off.

This company is a fraud. I have spent hundreds of dollars on bid packs and won lots of auctions...THE ITEMS NEVER SHIP!
It has been almost three months and I still have not received ONE ITEM! They do not respond to emails and forget about calling their customer service line. It is a call center in Alabama with less than intelligent customer service reps that give you no information. However they will send you a refund for the 25 cents that you won the item for...but forget about the hundreds of dollars that you spend buying the bid packs. Please learn from all of our mistakes this site is fraudulent and I cannot believe it is still up and people are still bidding after all these complaints! And I apologize for your awful experience if you happen to call in and have to speak to Joanna- OY! What a gem!

Site stated it was free to sign up, I didn't select to buy any bidding packages. Then I seen I had credits automatically added to my account. Worried I called their customer service line and found out that they (bidrack.com) had selected a 99.00 bidding package for me. Thats like walking into Walmart and just to walk in and view, That they force you to buy 99.00 worth of merchandise.. This is an OUTRAGE! There has to be some kind of law they are breaking!

I along with many many others have been charged $99. They are a scam and should have a class action lawsuit filed against them. If there is an attorney willing to take them on they'd get more than enough people that have been ripped off. I for one would join the suit. Beware beware they are after the quick ripoff. Here is a website for anyone that has been hit with their charge. www.ConsumerComplaintAgency.org It's obvious that with their responses to everyone that they do not care about their reputation but the quick $$.

I was sent an e-mail from a friend saying he got a good deal on a zilco(?) android for $19.95. I clicked on the website thinking it was what he recommended. Against my better judgment, I registered with the company. This involved giving out my credit card information. When I did this the company charged me $99. I tried to get a refund but they refused. This is a scam of the highest degree. Not only was my friend's e-mail hacked into but mine also...would like to see these people caught and jailed and tossed out of the internet. What I would like is my $99 back.

Bidrack.om baits people with the display of desirable items, i.e. ipods, ipads etc. at ridiculously low prices and invites you to bid too. the site has a large "Register for Free" area. I registered, I thought it was free and gave a credit card in case I won a bid. I did not see the displays that said they would you would need to purchase bids. Nor was the cost of registering your card prominent. If I had seen the cost for the bids and to register the card, I would not have registered the credit card. I checked my credit card account a couple of houfs after doing this and found a $99.00 charge pending. I immediately called Bidrack and explained the situation. they said to send an loo e-mail requesting the refund and that shw would send me one too. I did this and was told we don't make refunds (basically for any reason).

I finally looked at their website again tonite. I did not sign in, nor will I ever sign into that website again because I don't trust them. Tonite when I looked at their website, it looked different. The costs were more plainly displayed and couldn't be missed. I don't think I was so tired the first time I looked at iit that I would have missed the displays I saw tonight. It has an option on the website for the number of bids and costs to purchase so that you can bid. It selects one for you, but you can change it. I am sure this was not the case last week because I certainly would not have selected the $99.00 packlage. I would have selected the $27.00 package if I was going to pay anything at all.

I registered for bidrack, bid on something, and was charged $99. The google search for bidrack states "No Gimmicks. No Hidden Fees. Ever." Also, if you watch the "how it works" video, you have to select which bid package you want before you are charged. However, that didn't happen. Apparently, if you just try to bid on something, that will pull a trigger whereby you will get zapped $99. That strikes me as both a gimmick and a hidden fee. Avoide them like the pague. Stupid me, I gave them my credit card number. They are cheats, and ripped me off. I suspect I wll need to contact my credit card to have the fees reversed.

I had the same bad experience as others note. A charge to my card of $75. I also closed out my account almost immediately after opening it. Bidrack tells me that somewhere in their website they told me 3 times no less to expect such a charge. It is a scam and I wish I could find the web info that told me initially about such a "positive" experience the writer had with Bidrack--well, that was probably written by Bidrack! How dumb can I be? Bidrack.com Stay away from these crooks

I won many items, and after many complaints I did recieve the ipod nano I won (it took 6 weeks to ship). The item came directly from amazon.com and it was legit, as I was shipped a pink nano and wanted silvr and processed an exchange through amazon. Anyway, the other 10 items I won were nowhere to be found, and so I called customer service once again. They refunded ALL of the money I spent on their site except for the bids and money I spent on the nano, which was only about $20. I am happy to say 48 hours later the money was back in my bank account. I suggest anyone that still has pending money/auctions with them you call them and demand a full refund. Also email them. Anyway, it is too bad this was too good to be true! If anyone wants a reliable site, try bidsell.com. I have won many items and recieved them all quickly!

BidRack is a scam run by Deepak Argawal he is responsible for many online scams. They will ship cheap items, expensive ones when people complain and maybe refunds if you complain enough. You can spend hours begging for your money back OR you can CALL YOUR BANK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE. This takes 10 minutes at most, if they want you to sign some forms, print these complaints and mail it back with a copy to your local politician. Your money will be refunded 100% of the time guaranteed. IT will also cost bidrack $35-$100 when you call your bank and dispute the charge. This will get them shut down and put out of business.

Bidrack.com All Won Auctions Were Cancelled

After three weeds and the company charging my credit card, I received an e-mail saying that some of my auctions that I won would not be shipped due to problems with their suppliers. I called...was on the phone for over an hour trying to reach someone and was told that ALL auctions won before March 15 would not ship. I won an IPad; they said they were having problems with their suppliers, but there was an IPad online that day for auction, so why can that one be shipped but mine can't?

There was an offer to refund my bids...I, under no circumstances will spend another dime on that site. I demanded that they refund all money I paid to their site...seeing as how nothing I won was ever shipped. The customer service rep said that would be done, but he certainly didn't seem very apologetic. As a matter of fact, he kind of chuckled when I asked to speak with a manager. We'll see if my credit card is refunded.

BIDRACK is a scam. I and tons of other people have won auctions since the beginning. All of the sudden we all get emails saying our items can't be fulfilled due to manufactures issues. Umm..then why are you still auctioning off the same things on the site. How can you run out of gift cards? Why did you change the rules a million ...times on your win guarantee. I advise anyone to stay away as I'm having to fight them along with my Credit card company to get my money back - as they charged me the second I won an auction.
If you have won an auction and it's under 30 days please file with the BUYSAFE site. I just did!

Bidrack.com not shipping items I won

BidRack is a SCAM! RUN from this site! Won several items, now they email me and say that due to problems with suppliers I won't be receiving my items! They are giving me BIDS for the items. One item that I won was valued at $995 and they are offering me bids at .60 per dollar of the worth of the item. All other times they have said that bids they give to you when the site messes up are valued at .30. Three of the items were Gift Cards---how could they NOT BE ABLE to procure them?
I don't want more bids because the same thing will happen, plus there is nothing to bid on. Several days ago they starting having fewer auctions, and the ones they do have are for junk and bids.
I am getting in touch with my credit card company and also Buy Safe.

CALL YOUR BANK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE, DO NOT DEAL WITH BIDRACK...

You were scammed tell your bank to send you a new card so they dont charge you again

Bidrack.com not a trustful website

It has been a month but my orders are still being processed. It would be okay if they charged my credit card when they ship my items but no; they charged immediately after the auction. I

Call your credit card company and request they charge the merchant back, or do whats called a chargeback, dont even bother dealing with bidrack they will only refund if you complain 20 or more times, just call your bank, tell them you were charged $99 and never agreed to it, and you want them to initiate a chargeback for you so you can get your money back, if the bank says no or tells you to call bidrack tell them your next call is to your local attorney general and BBB office if they dont do the chargeback or ask for a manager. They are required by law to open an investigation in to the charge they tell you no so they dont have to deal with the work

i was registering for FREE to check the site out and some how ended up with $99.00 charge on my account. This is totally a scam. cheap 2 cent products go cheap the rest go on and on and never seem to end. I filed a claim with my bank immediately after trying to get Bidrack to remove the charges, we'll see what happens. To do so I had to cancel my card and wait 7-10 days for another one. This site is a scam, you have to read the entire page scrolling down (including small inset boxes) all the way to see where they "say" you are buying something. its BS. I hope they fry! they say FREE, FREE, FREE everywhere except where you click to "finish" your registration... How do these companies even get on the web!

I bought a 60 bid pack, I lost a bid where I used over 40 bids for a $25.00 Macy's card. Then I bid on a pair of $5.99 earrings and won. Of course, I requested a refund of the bids I lost. I was told that I could not get them back because I won. I still am waiting for a pair of shoes and a Ken doll that I won weeks ago. Although I did win 20 bids one time using my bonus spin, all the bids I recieved from my bonus spin disappeared suddenly. I wish they would disclose the details about the reufnd policy and the bonus spins clearly somewhere on the site, but I have not found any such explanation. This site really seems bogus and after I use my bids, I will not be returning to this site.

The same thing has happened to me. I had over 100 bids that disappeared this am - some were from spins, some were from my leftover bidpack that had been reset way back and 60 of them were from a referral. They basically said "tough luck". Plus you have to go through your purchased bids before your bonus bids even will work. what a RIP. I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau as soon as I get my win. Also I inquired about the people waiting on their ipads adn her response was that the supplier couldn't keep up with demand. WHAT?they were the ones putting x amoung of ipad auctions out there how is that demand and fair to those waiting...and what about the referral program they had where you could get an ipad (to be shipped out march 2) for so many referrals. Why not ship those who one them before that date first?

Hello, I spent a considerable amount of money on bids. So far I have not won anything. Yesterday, all of my bids THAT I PAID FOR, several hundred, just DISAPPEARED. POOF! GONE. No explanation. I had trouble getting a reply from their customer service via email after several attempts. I finally got through on the telephone after waiting and waiting for nearly an hour. Long story short-- they refused to refund my bids saying there was no record of them. Total BS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS WEBSITE IT IS DISHONEST AND FRAUDULENT. I will no longer shop at their NoMoreRack.com website either because of this. It should also be noted that at nomorerack.com I have been waiting more than a month to receive items I have been billed for. Terrible. I've been scammed! Watch out!
