BesteCigaretteSolution review: I think I've been scammed. 7

I ordered from BesteCigaretteSolution in December and everytime I email there’s no reply. That is in the last month before that everytime they did reply they said the same answer everytime which reads “sorry, we shipped today”. So, I think I’ve been scammed.

I have ordered from them at least 25 times and they have delivered every time. Their English is not very good and they are slow but they do deliver. I promise you will get what you ordered, it may take 30 to 45 days.

bestecigarettesolutions is a total SCAM %100 SCAM they do not send anything and take your money They have no customer sevice and they're email is fake. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I have made several orders with these guys. All except one order were fine. The one problem order was for a few leaky tanks which I emailed them about and received no reply. Yes, their English is obviously not good enough to be trading but at prices like these I'm not going to complain.

wooohooo and only a month and a half after I ordered after a paypal dispute, then escalating it, finally Paypal seem to have got them to do something... they decided to give me a tracking number with a posting date of 15th march...which was yesterday...

Lets see what actually arrives in the post shall we?

If nothing else it should be interesting.

I have had the same experience with them. I am also within paypal's claim time frame. I have been trying to give them time thinking that maybe they are backed up from taking off for their chinese new year holiday. But even according to their own website they have been back since Feb 20th. It is now march 9th. they keep telling me to trust them the same as you guys. One of my orders (I made two separate ones, on different days) is not even in my account on the website. That one was made Feb 1. I don't know what the heck they are doing, but to be safe I am gong to make a claim before the time expires. At least now, if I have been scammed, I don;t feel so bad because I'm not the only one they got. I am shaking my head because that is a shame; you guys misery added to my own makes me feel better. :)

I am in the same boat but still within paypals resolution timeframe. I opened a resolution issue on Paypal. This company Bestecigarettesolutions.com refuse to address my messages in paypal and instead are sending me emails of 'we will post today please trust us' essentially begging me not to escalate the issue with paypal. Which is too late now anyway. Their emails are really messy too, Google translate does a better job of translating, can they at least use that I wonder? In one email they stated I ordered on 16th Feb 2013 and in that same email they included the order with the correct date of 5th February. Its no wonder they don't want to talk about it on Paypal. However I'll just leave the issue open until its clear they are not responding and are not delivering. At that point I click the 'Escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim' link. If everyone done this paypal would be more careful who they allow to use their service as a vendor.
