terrible service
I'd no [protected], in the beginning of the month I had made payment of R249 for the 1st dstv package I had however I was unaware that I had to 'phone' and tell dstv. I thought that it was common knowledge that the payment was for that package because of the payment made now they have disconnected my chennals and I must pay R202 to reconnect on the 15th of the month when I pay R249 for the whole month cleanly this isnt right and dstv is trying to rob me. Very disappointing when I am a loyal customer that pays every month. How unfair on me I am disgusted with the consultant I spoke to and team leader who was very rude and wasn't listening to me but speaking over my voice. I am taking this up to the media because dstv isn't listen to and what I am trying to say.

Beware of using this organization. We have researched due to our experiences with Becker Tax Services to find Joseph Becker is a fraud! His license was revoked in the state of Texas, a sex offender? we have read, a con artist from everything we have read and/or experienced first hand. He is unstable and will strike out at you if you cross his path. He lives here in the U.S. taking your money and conducting fraudulent acts and his 'family' is in the Philippines. As an American during these hard times, please find someone else to conduct your taxes and business needs. Just visit the office and see for yourself and judge for yourself! OR simply call the state accounting board and find out how many complaints have been sent to them on Joseph Becker! They cannot prosecute since he has no license, but they can go after him if her is claiming to be a CPA. Which he is very careful not to do. Accountants are a dime a dozen like most professions, FIND A GOOD ONE and don't get tangled in this WEB OF DECEIT !

Transferring money and adding benificiary is hell with ADCB . Worst bank in the entire country .in case of all other banks Transferring money on account to other account will take one to two hours, but this bank is [censored] of non sense . Even it is same scenario with credit cards, some over active facilities won't the bank and interest rates sucks
