My name is Ricardo R. del Rosario. I have been named beneficiary of Lady Vivian Cole, who just died in the last 2 weeks, in her last will and testament, dated January 12, 2009 (not signed), with a bequest of 20, 000, 000.00 British Pounds Sterling. Barrister Charles Lambert of Oasis Chambers, England, tel. [protected], e-mail address of oasis [protected]@lawyer.com.

Atty. Charles Lambert (whose clerk is Angela Brown) in his e-mail letters to me made the following representations:
1. That the Royal High Court of Justice issued an authentic letter of Guarantee, signed by Justice Winifred Jonesand Barr. Charles Lambert, the transfer sum of 20, 000, 000.00 British Pounds Sterling. The requested fee being GBP 2, 250 due to British Inland Revenue. 2. British Inland Revenue Commission put a hold on the transfer to me pending payment of Non-residential fee of 2, 250 GBP to the Tax Department signed by Mr. Garry Tailor.
3. Royal Dublin Finance(no address given) holds a certificate of deposit, dated January 13, 2009, in the name of Ricardo R. del Rosario for twenty million Great Britain Pounds under account number [protected].
