SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

I purchased some products under order ref-[protected]. however i would like to return one item which is the mobile unit Kagoo s12 which is defective from day 1 that i used. I called the costumer service so much ... and almost everyday mostly no one picks up.. well at the last i was told to submit a complain on your website that i could not open. The mobile is defective and does work only an hour after fully charged and the internet also is not working.

I want my money back.
