SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / delivery time

I placed my order through mobile app on 24 Nov 2017 and paid for it using debit card. The transaction has already been processed and deducted from my account but my order is not yet shipped. The status of my order has been showing " ORDER PROCESSING" for 2 DAYS!! I thought you have 'FAST' delivery?! There's nothing fast with what you are doing! I should have listened to my friend when he told me not to order from you guys.
I need my items delivered BEFORE THE LONG WEEKEND STARTS.
