spect maintenance was called out to fix my shower. They couldn't fix the problem the first time so a second appointment was made which they failed to show up for. I had called to find out that the Plumber was sick. I then was forced to use them again as I didn't have any other plumbers on hand.
The second time the Engineer came in to fix my shower cartridge, which I thought he had only to find out that when I went to use my shower later that day, I couldn't regulate the hot and cold water therefore they were called back for a 3rd time to fix what they should've had done the second time. They then proceeded to charge me for the visit, even though I didn't sign anything.
Aspect Maintenance also damaged the floor of my shower, they obviously dropped a tool and chip the tiling - this was done the 3rd visit and when questioned about this it was denied.
Overall I found then to be rude, argumentative and not very professional and will never use them again. Furthermore the account manager I dealt with should brush up on her customer service skills.

In the recent past we've had good luck with the plumbing crew from Aspect Maintenance. However, we didn't have such good fortune with their gas heater work. The guy changed the circuit board that is supposed to regulate the heat, but instead of doing that, it just starts and stops all the time independent of setting making it impossible to get a decent hot shower or to bathe our toddler unless we're lucky enough to catch it at the right time. This is a completely different problem, introduced upon the Aspect Maintenance guy's visit but they continue to balk and will only come and check it if they can charge us £50 to do so. Ridiculous. Hiring Aspect Maintenance turned out to be a real gamble. Oh look, snow!

@ Mark Gribbs.. I couldn't agree more when you say "Aspect are a bunch of crooks". This company was instructed to carry out a report in breach of company procedures. This company's client acted without my consent as they never advised me of the date when the report would be prepared. Two attendances took place without my knowledge. The report was sent to me and it raised it many issues which the client was very happy about. Her comments were "I'm sorry the roof's leaked" with a big grin all over her face.
Aspect are a bunch of crooks. They lied repeatedly to get our household to do repairs that weren't needed. I wish we had noticed earlier. Our boiler kept 'breaking' every few months. Each time a different repairman would tell us he knew exactly what the issue was, getting us to repair such and such part. After many visits, we felt we were being taken for a spin but stayed with them a while longer. Finally we found out that all that was needed was to repressurize the boiler. We could have done this ourselves all this time. So many times we wasted days off waiting for them and they never turned up. They are the worst. Avoid at any cost!
Hi All, I should have checked with this page before engaging with aspect.co.uk. I have no words to describe how awful the service is. Communication between departments and staff at aspect is basically appalling. They mess up and instead of being professional and admit their faults are trying soooo hard to cover their mistakes by blaming you and rip you off. No payment should be done in advance cause they will mess up and drive you mad before you see your money...if you are lucky. Also make sure your record the phone conversations because they will say one thing on the phone and email you something completely different. What a scam!
