I had fully paid for a trip to Japan. Armas cancelled the trip the night before my international trip was to commence. After months and months of promises, it became clear that there was no intention of returning my $5, 000. A judge [also scammed on another trip] and I filed a complaint with Delaware. They had investigated him previously. They again tried to prosecute him but he evaded their efforts - never showing up for depositions/hearings etc. So, buyer beware!
Armas Hill promised a birding trip to Japan. Paid $5000. He failed to deliver on the trip and failed to return the funds. There have been many, many complaints filed with the Delaware Department of Justice.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
