Who ever is in charge of the annuity dept., should immediately be fired or understand how your "look and see" means. if some one changes their mind about an annuity within the 20 day look & see period, the funds should be sent back within 24 hours not 30 days. Your policy is terrible. You have made money off of me by delaying the return of my funds. If I was in charge of this dept., changes would certainly take place. I cannot understand a company that has a feduciary responsibility
to place the client first, not to place your company ahead of clients. My policy #2ch00379. also, you received a wire transfer of funds, but, return funds by check and the slowest mail route possible.
LLoydshare and Gina Martin - Deferred annuity for timeshare - If you don't have your timeshare you cannot get money back in 15 or 25 years. If you sell your timeshare - you lose all the money that Gina convince you to put in. You can add money to get more money but you can not get your money back if you sell!
