I paid to AMR Appliances Inc. for the refrigerator repair. The company charged me for $460 for the parts and work, but the company installed wrong parts and the refrigerator worked only 2 months. It’s still on warranty, but I can’t reach the customer services. No one responded to my phone call and it was voice mail, but they ignored my voice mails as well. This company is very terrible and unprofessional.
They came to my house and charged $ 50.00 and told me they need to order parts. After two week I called company and ask them when they will help me to fix it. They hand up my call. I called again and again no one pick up call. It is a terrible company. Please do not pay cash or check for their service.
This company, and that is being generous, is TERRIBLE. They are incompetent, unprofessional and cheats. Installed a used part and destroyed my fridge. I have to buy a new one. They "said" they're refunding my money, that was weeks ago. They won't answer their phone, must be a cell. The pictures on their website show a professional company, but its a father and son that show up in their car. They argue with one another and don't know what they are doing. You have been warned. AMR Appliances, Inc. is dishonest.
