thankz alot guys, yesterday i went there for applying job, a women named Noor her cell number is [protected]...he was like she will give me a job in jebal ali with salary of 3200 dhs n many other facilities n she askd me to pay 350 dhs for visa process ...when i told i dont have that much amount, then she was like atleast pay dhs 100...then i told i will come later becouse i doubted them as she was eager to get money...and now when i read this news...m so happy that i dint pay them even a single penny...

Sadly speaking I feel pitty for you guys and Mostly for my self, Talking about 300 or 100 dirhams is kinda less for the payment coz I paid 1800 Dirhams since Jan 2011 and so far still waiting for a job proposal from them. There is another company in Sharjah with the same crap where I also registered with them at a time before alwaseela and they took 500 dirhams from me for registration. The company is at the same building of Dubai Islamic bank .Unfortunately they where not very luck like these ### and when I went for my refund they demanded not to pay me back and they openly spoke to me in a rood way and insulting me to do what ever I could do. I don't believe in the goverment to assist anyone on this matter so bravely I took the strong action of fighting with the Company owner who was another son of a ### Egyptian guy. Cases went to Sharjah police station and at the end he paid me 1000 dirham after denaying to refund my 500. Alwaseel needs a great support of kicking there ... too, Starting with the self called Mr Ahmed who is not the manager as he is claiming and the Manager who is the Manager Mr SARDAR. Niha is another Big fat Pig who doesn't even know what the hell is going on in the company rather then sitting behind her desk and chewing some nasty pakistani ###.

don't go to police, because they are bunch of cowards and cannot do anything, go to dubai courts, CID, or labour office to visit their office and check all licenses.

but how can i do that alone, some of the victim went to the police but wasnt been entertain at all?

You can file a complaint to labour office. there has been tons of complaints against these consultancies.

I received a call yesterday about a job offer located in Sharjah through this phone number: [protected]. I asked them to send me an email regarding the location map and details abou the job, instead they gave me a mobile number [protected] to ask about the location and details and asked me to go at 9:10am. I called the number in the evening and a girl answered the call. I asked for which company is the interview for, she said she's from al waseela. then i remembered i heard that name of the company before. I asked if it's a consultancy, she said that it is for their own company, but the way she said it is through whispering which i noticed that she is hiding something and then dropped the phone without saying goodbye or asking me if i have any other questions.

I again called the number and this time, a guy answered it but i can hear the girl telling the guy to just drop the call, and the guy did. I called the number again the same girl answered it and it seems that she's pissed since i am calling her and asking the details about the interview and was very rude.

She started telling me that she is driving home and i am calling her again and again. I told her that her number was provided to me by the lady who called me for the interview. she tehn just asked me to just come the next day.i then went to the mol.gov.ae website. checked the archives and found the name of the company there being an HR consultancy.

I too worked for an HR Consultancy company and I know the whereabouts of these companies.. Sorry Al Waseela, you cannot fool me.

GRRRR! Al waseela - SCAMMERS! they took 200 aed from me and never get it back! ... I saw their job post from GNAds4U.com (http://www.gnads4u.com/doc.html?_a=view&id=9403525&t=jobs); I called their number and an Indian Lady asked me to come to their office in Lana Pharmacy Bldg, Buheira Corniche Sharjah (near Hardeys & KFC) .. and so I went there, office is at the first floor (104); I was interviewed by Lucia (Indian).. The offer is very much interesting but if you think about it the offer is too good to be true . The lady told me that if I will continue with my application I will have to pay 150 Aed + 50 aed for new file registration and security bluh bluh...! But she assured me that this 200 aed is REFUNDABLE! .. so I was convinced to get the deal knowing that I have nothing to loose since it is refundable.. I repeatedly asked her about the money and she repeatedly replied that it is REFUNDABLE (full refund).. I went home and browse the internet and found out that al waseela is all FRAUD! I immediately went back to the office and asked for my money .. what irritates me most was how we were treated after we went back .. There were 3 men shouted on us and came off so defensive ..! and told me that money cannot be refunded because it is non refundable!

and so I went to Buheira Police to escalate the matter, they told me that there is nothing they can do and I was advised to go in court instead, they even said that this is not the first time that they heard this scam! Urgh! Sound Disappointing, isn't it? Of all the emirates I cannot imagine that scammers can work freely in the city of sharjah? I hope the government can do something about it.. I pity those who were victimized by AL WASEELA! This is hard earned money shame on you! BAD karma for you!

My friend has got a call from these guys and told they have urgent req for IT head in a private comp. They took two interviews of him, and confirmed him for the job, with a salary of 7000 plus accom and allow. Then took 100 Dhs from him, he said he only has AED 100 currently with him. Then the lady gave him AED 25 back to him and said you take my mobile no and send me a recharge of this amount later today..and tool AED 75 from him..Real cheaters man..he knows he is been duped..but cant help..

am Also Victim for the same bull [censor]. i have 5+ years of experience in HR Feild. I had paid 100 AED for HR post job confirmation. They have mentioned HRM will contact you for further process. One Mr. Ali called me up and mentioned he is the HRM and please bring the documents for visa process. That time i realise that its an fraud, because with out giving an offer letter / cancelling exist visa how they can process. Appart from that i have to pay AED 400. Then I enquire about this company so I realise that its an fraud.

i went to this company before yesterday and i paid 300 for the file because they told me that i will be receiving a call the day after immedietly and the interview .and now two days gone and still no call from the compnay ..i called them again and asked for the reason, they keep telling for me not to worry and i will receive a call.
i just want to know does any one you now got a job from this recruitment ompany?

i have also visited this consultancy and they some how managed to take 150 dhs from me and when i came back home and searched on the net and saw all these complains, i got to know the reality and on the same day one guy called and asked me to come to take u r offer letter and bring 300 dhm.so guys this is a cheat.dnt fall for it.no company or consultancy will take money from u for providing job.

Then a lady answered come to their office for an walk interview. Then I went there and attend an interview. The lady introduce herself Amber and ask to me some personel and a few question abt my cv. then she told me your selected their firm named Al Waseela trading company at jafza. and they ask AED 150 for registration, then come to 2 days after. then they asking 300AED. and will get appoint letter.But i didnt get any call from their side. So Please my dear friend dont pay money to Al Waseela Recruitment and Management Consultancy in Sharjah

guys..this company is indeed hoax. Has anyone filed a complain or brought this matter to the authorities or to sharjah police since I intend to. If so, what were the steps or actions taken by the authorities? Let me know. Thanks.

The office was completely empty except for few chairs and tables... NO computers, no filing cabinets, no staff...T;was like an old abandoned office. My sisters went there for a walk in interview just yesterday...i already employed, ijust accompanied my sisters during ther interview. The lady in Abaya, asked me to come in, even if i dont intend to. She was asking if i will be applying also but i insisted that ill be just waiting for them.The interview was just for my sisters...After the imaginary nursing job was disclosed by the pakistani [censor], they were asked to give her a 100 dhs fee for the registration. I also visited the company yesterday and I pay them 200 dhs as the lady named Amber said that this is a company policy. A guy from the HR dept. as what he said called me today afternoon and he said I got a confirmed job and I have to come and meet him on Saturday. But then he said I have to pay 300 dhs again for the processing of visa and as payment to their PRO. Since I have a feeling that they are illegal I want to take back my money. Anyone can help me?

hai guys i am also victims of these cheaters, a 7 months ago, i saw their advertisement, they need the helpers for jabel ali free zone, i went their office they promise me you can get the visa within 15days, and they got the money 300dhs from me, after that they did not call me after one month i went the office they told me we are waitng for the conformation, and again i pay 300 dhs for the visa prosess charge, finally they say your visa already conformed, you can get your visa on december 20, 2010, and i went the office on december22, 2010 they close the office, and they shifted from the loction
so please do not beleive the consultancies

I agree, Al-Waseela Consultants are Cheating on People, The money they take from us is not of much value, But the disappointment they make us go through is hurting, I have been to this consultancy, and paid them an Amount of 2OOAED, I contacted a lady (Pakistani) named Amber her cell phone number is [protected] and she is such a [censor], I called these people seeing an advertisement in the newspaper, And went to thier office in the name of a Walk-in interview, she said that i will be given a Job, as a receptionist in a Very Big company, she has shortlisted me, and for processing a visa, i need to pay her 200 AED, i was quite hesitant initially, however she remained adamant that she has already secured a Job for me, henceforth i paid her, I am still awaiting a call from her, and Ms. Amber if you are reading this, i would say, you guys have played enough with the feelings of Job Seekers, its high time you guys understand what pain you make us go thrrough, and if you dont realise even now, There is a supernatural element above us, HE sees everything...
And for Job Seekers...Never pay any consultant even a single penny...They arent worth it...
