I am agreed that there are many fake companies in UAE. But it doesn't mean that all UAE have fake agencies. as for as I know about Diligent, Its specialized in recruitment agency.
There is one more possibility, they have less positions then the applicants they are commenting that is why rejected candidates become angry and write on this website. I thing Diligent should Pay their money back on same time.
How some companies can be so mean, To just get the business from market or to complete other recruitment companies, How they can write this kind of stuff on websites. Please don't be misguide, Take your decision with your mind and since.

By the way guys you can complain to Ajman police for the money you paid to them. ive checked with my CID friend, they will not take you ID only a copy of emirates ID and they will not also call your sponsor... Those people who are posting a positive feedback here are also a diligent employee. The Express newspaper complaint department is just waiting for my final report. ill be coming there again to get my full 300aed back... So im sure diligent employee you are reading this! You said your company is one of the biggest here in UAE? where is your website? if we check diligent solution only FRAUD FRAUD we can see! im sure any of this day they will change their company name... They said they have dubai office and one of the biggest company jn UAE! But they dont have any credibility. If you check diligent solution. First thing you will read is FRAUD! by the way guys you can complain to ajman police with regards your payment on those buggers. The police will only take a copy of passport/visa to open a file. Ive just spoke to my CID friend. They will not call you employer. Ibrahim/Abdulla of DILIGENT if you will not give my money back you know what will happen. Guys i went there trying to refund my deposit almost 5pm and nobody care for me. Saw a lot of other people coming for the 2nd interview ive notice they separate every applicant in 3 rooms plus the kitchen? What kind of a employer company Willl do that. When its mu turn for the meet they so called DIRECTOR (who has staple in his mouth while talking) very unprofessional. I told him i Willl refund my money because i found an another job. Then he called a guy to give me a cancellation paper... They are asking me to come again on monday to collect the money... I received same email from this Freud transaction last week and im lucky i just read it now and im checking first the company name mentioned in the email and this complain post i found in google.

I went for the interview when i received the first mail. The office is look bad and the way they are entertaining the applicant i so suspicious they dont allow two person sitting together in the reception area. Its my first interview in 7yrs here in dubai as im already working with one of the mall properties here. During the interview the lady doesnt bother to ask a relevant question on my experience and never read my CV thoroughly. She keep talking with regards her company offer on me. I have doubt already but she managed to manipulate me. And she guaranteed that the 300 is refundable if i dont accept the offer letter (300 is for blah blah blah blah dafza processing fee). I left with full of confusion, while im in the lobby i google the company and this site what i found. My wife was trying to call me while im in the interview to warn me to not to pay any amount. But its too late.
They called me today to come tomorrow for the contract signing and pay 200 for the processing... Tsk tsk tsk. I will come but will try to refund the money. What ive noticed on the positive review here for DILIGENT from those buggers the testimonials are all the same, the grammar, the spelling are all identical. They are made by the same person... If they are really telling the truth why not to post their contact details?
We need to find a solution on this. We need to stop them to cheat more people.

I paid 300 Dhram for job but same time I got another offer when I went to their office to refund my amount they refused it after I tried to take help from Police. There I found the reality. Instead of investigating them they took my labor card and emirates ID. After they called my company and made big problem for me. After I requested to MUDEER of Diligent and he help me to finish this problem.
the same happened with me. i am going to police to file a complaint.

I was so confuse because they took around 10days after final interview also when I read good and bad comments on this website it is make me hell confuse. But Thanks God now I am working in good position and very caring people. I only believe in myself not follow the others may be that is why I am successful. i am not telling this all to convince you to go Diligent but I am just telling my experience.
Sa mga kababayan ko, kagagaling ko lang sa Diligent Marketing ngayon November 25, 2012. Ang sabi ng nag-interview sa akin na isang indyana, ay selected na daw ako dahil may co. form na pinasusulatan sa akin. Mga selected lang daw kasi ang pinapi-fill-up ng form. Sabi pa niya, sa Mall of Emirates ang assignment ko at dahil nasa visit visa ako ay kailangan ko daw magdeposit ng 300 dirhams as a security at ikukuha ako ng free zone employment visa. To make the story short, sabi ko ay wala akong dalang pera at 50 dirhams na lang natira. Ang isinagot niya sa akin ay iwan ko yung 50 at ibalik ko na lang yung kulang sa Wed. November 28 pero hindi ko pa rin ibinigay dahil ang sabi ko ay pamasahe ko yun sa taxi pabalik ng Sharjah. Tinanong uli ako kung may dala akong ibang currency, at kasunod ng tanong niya ay kung may Philippine money akong dala. Itong tanong niyang ito ang naging malaking palaisipan sa akin. Kasunod noon, hindi na natuloy yung pag-pi-fill-up ko ng form at hintayin ko na lang daw ang tawag niya.Isinulat ko ito para ibahagi ang aking naging karanasan sa co. na yun at nasa inyo na mga kababayan ang pagpapasiya.

If you are Coming from Dubai to Ajman through Own Transport or Taxi:
Enter in Sharjah, Rolla Bridge. On Same Ajman Dubai road, you will find the 1st, 2nd & then 3rd Roundabout, From 3rd roundabout take right turn, after few distance you will find the Ajman Bank building on right hand side.
Only interview location is in Ajman, but selected candidates will be placed in Dubai.
