We bought a puppy from the Ainslee and Scott. We were told both mum and dad had hip scores and were healthy. Within having the puppy for 3 months she has developed sever hip disease in both legs. We contacted the sellers and they said only the father was hip scored when the ad said both parents were. When I said this wasn't good enough I got a filthy reply from Ainslee saying "it's your fault. If you wanted a good dog you should have paid for a registered dog at $2, 500 and not one for $1600 via us". I though this was very rude and unprofessional. Oh that's right, Ainslee is a registered vet in New South Walws., if we were going to trust a breeder that we hadn't met it was her as she was a vet. When we had the puppy delivered via jet pets (we live in different states) the microchip number was incorrect. The puppy pack with the vaccination book turned up three weeks later after the puppy. Ainslee told us she sent it two weeks prior to the puppy been sent. When this was impossible as the last vaccination was done 3 days prior to her been sent. When the book and puppy pack finally arrived it had a postal stamp of approx 10 days after the puppy was sent, not two weeks prior as stated by Ainslee. It has been lie after lie and rudeness. The DOB in the book was incorrect as well. We have had a few other issues and lies along the way, but I don't want to go on and have a big son story

End of the day DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM AINSLEE MUNRO. I would not take any animal I owned to her for a check up. She is a nasty person and a liar

If you get a dog from her, expect lies, delays and a puppy that has major health problems

**FOLLOW UP TO COMPLAINT BELOW – PLEASE READ**

I have requested the complaint be taken down due to the considerable angst and emotional harm it is causing on the breeder. Unfortunately the website hasn’t been helpful in this area and ignoring my requests to remove it, please find below a retraction statement/justification as to our initial complaint about this breeder.

This complaint has now has been resolved mutually between Ainslee, Scott and myself.

Unfortunately Ainslee and Scott are going through a time you wouldn’t wish on anyone. They have a daughter who is terribly unwell and spends the majority of time in hospital.

Noting the above, I can understand the poor communication, forgetting to send the puppy pack and the shortness with dealing with people. It doesn’t excuse all the issues that I encountered, but had I known, I would not have posted the complaint and given her more time to answer my questions about Frankie. Of course due to the family illness that Ainslee and Scott are dealing with, they weren’t in a position to respond or deal promptly to my initial queries in relation to Frankie, which the confusion of not knowing the entire situation at the time as a puppy buyer, made me assume that it purely just terrible customer service. But it wasn’t, and I apologise for my reaction.

Thankfully, we have come to an agreement that Ainslee has refunded the purchase price of Frankie to assist with the ongoing medical bills that we have, as well as offering ongoing veterinary advice for her.

So please take this retraction statement into account when deciding to purchase a puppy from Ainslee and Scott. They are registered breeders, and as you can probably tell from your own searches, this is the only complaint out of the many puppies they have sold. I won’t make excuses for the sometimes lack of communication, but take into account that Ainslee is away in Hospital a lot of the time, and the care of her family is understandably the number one priority, and breeding of their dogs comes as a second priority at this difficult time for Ainslee and her family.

Please do not hesitate to contact Ainslee or Scott and visit the puppies and their farm.

I have requested ad to be deleted by admin. I have had lengthy discussions with Ainslee and Scott and have come to a mutual agreement. They will assist with advice on Frankies medical future as well as help with the medical bills.
