Advantage Window Company / Poor Service
I had purchased $ll.700 worth of windows from them over the past few years. When one was broken in a break in it took them 146 days-- Oct 12 to Apr 13-- to get me a new window. Every inquiry into why the delay was initiated by us and over a half dozen times our calls were not even returned. Bottom line hard to do business with people who produce a new excuse with every call and fail to communicate with you. I would expect an apology from someone other than an innocent secretary (I think she is new but sincere) but I doubt it is forthcoming. Complaints like this are hard as yes I received really poor and possibly deceiving answers to my inquires, but I am tied to them by their warranty. Anyone might want to consider "service after the sale" before spending so much money.
