They have no phone number listed and they have not answered my numerous e-mails, faxes, and Facebook entries
Purchased an account and never heard from AccountGear.com regarding delivery. Their Live Chat 24/7 has not worked since I have begun trying to contact them. They have no phone number listed and they have not answered my numerous e-mails, faxes, and Facebook entries. Report all scams to the FBI IC3 Internet Complaint Division, so that they do not go unpunished.
The service is horrible and non existent
Bought an account for my wife who isn't is advanced in the game as I was. I paid nearly 200.00 for a 70 mage. They delivered the account but never gave me the original accounts information that I need to fully take over the account and register The Lich King on it. I've written over 30 emails and only get SPAM back that has nothing to do with my problem. The service is HORRIBLE and non existent. If you wish to purchase an account GAMETAG is the absolute best for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE A-HOLES.

Do not buy accounts from accountgear.com. They are just going to give you the account for a little while let you gear it up and level it up and then they are going to reacquire it. Paypal will not give your money back in these cases. I know I have already filed a dispute and got rejected. I bought an account w a level 70 druid in it, I leveled the druid and geared it up for 3 months. By the time they took it over it had more than 4 pieces of heroic Naxx and Heroic OS resto gear, and also full EPIC feral set complete w H VH staff. This is how i think they run their business, during some months of the year they are concentrated on being an honest firm they have their live support running and their sales are made during this period after a couple months they turn back to their roots (hackers) and they take back all the account that were sold. I also got a account and have heard nothing :( I wasn't even given a order number
I purchased an account from these people on December 28th 2011..waited and waited for them to send the account info, when they finally did the login/password were invalid...and now can get no response from anybody...not even an automated response..pure bs website imo, and waste of time.
