AARP Medicare Complete Secure Horizons / Posting of payments
I set up premium payments through my banks bill pay account but the payments were not correctly applied. I am being dunned for payments from 2009 that I thought had been cleared up last year. I called but was transferred 5 times then disconnected. I have the proof of payment and have sent it to them twice now. I guess I will wait for the collection agency to call and then get it cleared up. I will NOT pay them twice. Stay away from this company!!
