This company will sign a contract with the employees for 1 year. And now when the employee is bound for 1 year they will freely deduct salaries. When the person wants to leave, the management will blackmail the employee by not issuing relieving letter. Conclusion: not a good employer to work with

A good organization to work with. I spent 3 years and had a good experience.
Nothing at all, i would tell people do not ignore if you get a change to work in US culture.
Good learning & salary paid on time, as it is US based so done 15 days period, which is very easy & good.

Thanks for your feedback. I would like to add here, i had spend my valuable 2 years in this company and after leaving the company i didnt get any of experience documents. So, I dont have anything to show that I worked here. They didn't even gave me form16
I agree with the above review, the company doesnt pay on time, they have money for trips but when it comes to pay they never pay, due to this I was not even able to pay my two EMI on time then they threaten you, the top management is worst they do not even know how to talk as senior project manager my advice sit at home but do not join this company at any cost worst place to work
