Delivery of bathroom vanity
07/07/2022 Driver arrived with my bathroom vanity. It was attached to a pallet and the driver stated he could not bring it into my home. He left it on the sidewalk in front of my house, stating "it is a pallet drop only delivery, ma'am.
There was a thunderstorm coming and obviously, this would ruin this item if left outside. I left work to be there for this delivery- now I had to figure out how to get this 155 pound item into my house!
Absolutely awful customer service!
I am 64 years of age- this was a terrible day for me.
I would never recommend this company.
Desired outcome: I hurt my back wrestling this item into my backyard. I have been taking Aleve and now must seek medical attention. I want to know what Capitol Lighting thinks is fair in this situation.
Ridiculous
I wanted to order something from www.1800lighting.com but for some reason I was not able to submit my order. So I contacted their customer support and asked what was going on. Their rep was the strangest person I've ever dealt with. He just said oh well there is nothing I can do.
Really? I was a potential customer and I wanted to buy their product and they just did not care? You people don't need money or what?
Well, after reading all the terrible reviews online I'm actually glad I did not buy anything.

However, they did not have accurate information from their manufacturer, who had discontinued the product and no longer had any stock left.
