I had a very bad experience with CompAndSave and I regret I bought from them. I have ordered two cartridges from them and both arrived damaged. When I asked for a replacement they said that they don't offer replacements and refunds. I was very upset to hear that. They literally said that there was nothing I could do!
I believe that cartridges were damaged during the shipment. First thing that I noticed was poor packaging and I think that was the reason why my order got damaged.
