1. Was not informed that my loan was transferred from Bayview.
2. Automatic payments were stopped without my knowledge, resulting in missed payments.
3. Called company and was told that the automatic payments were stopped because of an end date--I have never had an end date, the automatic payments were to continue until the loan was paid.
4. Called the company and nothing they could do until I paid off the unpaid portion--told me that there should have been robo calls telling me about the ending of my automatic payments--I don't answer calls from unknown numbers and no message was ever left. I was then told that I could try to catch up, I said that was not possible on a fixed income and asked that a new loan be written.
5. I have emailed numerous times, no response.
6. I have asked for a payout, no response.
7. i don't want to do things over the phone because that seems to be a joke and I want things to be in writing.
I would like to have the loan redone, so that I am able to make the payments and pay off the mortgage. On a fixed income I cannot catch up with the missed payments, as It took months before I realized the automatic payments weren't being taken out.

Desired outcome: I want to have the loan rewritten. I do not want to pay any late fees, etc. because this was the fault of the company not me.
