4/23/23 Submitted online request for service work on a screen door that was under warranty. Glass was broken and needs replacing.
4/25 Received call back, a message was left to return Comfort's call at Danielle's direct line. Return calls from me were made on 4/28, 5/1, 5/2, 5/3 some days multiple times.
The general phone number at the Rochester office was called three times. The second time, the person who answered the phone sent me through to the Service Department's Boss. I left a message for Lindsay. No return call.
The third call to Rochester, I was sent to another customer service person who went and found my service person (5/4) Danielle.
I was told I would receive a text telling me if I needed a service appointment to make a claim on the warranty, but the warranty would need to be found first.
5/5 I received no text.
5/6 I sent another copy of my warranty.
5/10 Called twice today. My second call I offered to come in tomorrow and meet. No reply.
