Comfort In And Suites review: O blankets and pillows for pullout bed

I checked into hotel and asked for king bed and pullout sofa for kids, the desk clerk failed to inform me there were no blankets sheets or pillows for pull out bed so when we came upstairs, my son pulled a bed out to set up for the night and realized there were no sheets blankets or pillows anywhere in the hotel so he walked downstairs to ask front desk clerk for sheets and pillows and a blanket for the pull out bed. The front desk clerk said they were all out given to other guest so I then asked if he could give us a double queen room instead, he said they’re all booked which they are not because I seen on the website they have some available, I have then got really upset because that’s something he should have informed me about before he swiped my car I could’ve went to a different hotel. The customer service was not about the customers I will no longer be staying at a choice hotel my children got in the main bed and I said at the desk thanks to that I now have a crook in my neck.
