Someone got a hold of my debit card which is Fintwist but handled bt Comdata. I used my card twice on Sep 14, 2021. One time for a Government Water Utility Company to pay a bill and then a small $4.66 to Home Depot. Late that night 9pm AZ time, which was Midnight Maryland time, someone, sonewhere tried to use my card number for $35.20 and I got a text that I had insufficient funds, so that one didnt go through for the hacker but we went to the ATM to see our balance which was suppose to be $9.44 but it said it was $3.99. So I am not sure what and why, or if Comdata just decided to take $5.45 or what but its not a safe card or company to use, nor is it honest with their handling. I guess hackers hack them pretty easy, or its them wjo is suppose to be trusted, pocketing your money. But now my pay and my card will be unsafe to use since they allowed themselves to be hacked. They have TERRIBLE customer service, and do mot give a crap about hackers. Do yourself a favor and get a real bank. Many employers use Wisely (who MOST customer service reps are not U. S) and employers use Comdata Fintwist cards but they ate not safe. Ibam trying yo find out who to report thechacking to because Comdata and Fintwist wint help with their companies breach. Go figure right.

Desired outcome: Would like fees bacj that fintwist/comdata took for a breach to my account. Also for them to reveal who tried to hack me.

Fintwist, comdata is one of the worst cards to have, you will regret it big time having one. I have not used my card in almost a week, so when I finally go to the store to use my card, my transaction didn't go through, because, the card had insufficient funds, so I immediately get on the phone to call the number on the card to see what was going on, while speaking with these idiots, my account was being hacked while speaking with customer care, someone had just withdrew $500 taking off the remainder of what was left. I was ask of all the unauthorized transactions that were made on my account, I denied them, and I filed my claim, it was stated that, after the fraud department do their investigation, in ( 21 ) business days, I will hear something back, well two weeks later, I wanted to follow up to check the status of my claim, and these people gave me the complete run around and fed me nothing but lies on top of lies. Now that I'm fed up, I ask to speak with someone in the fraud department that can assist me on what was going on with my reimbursement and only to find out, they denied my claim, my hard earned money I worked for, and now I have rent to pay today and I can't pay my rent because of there phony so called investigation they were supposed to had investigated. I spoke to one of the recruiters there at the TEMP AGENCY that provided me with this crap card, and as I explained to her about my card being hacked, she stated to me, that I was like the 7th person that came in, in a 3, day period talking about how they were victims with their cards being hacked as well. But I'm not allowing for this to happen without me taking action, I've hired me an attorney today to go after the TEMP AGENCY and after this phony bank who are allowing for us to be ripped off after working for our hard earned money, we supposed to be secured but we are not.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARD OR ELSE YOU ARE GOING TO BECOME A VICTIM TOO

I'm going through the same. They will always deny the claim cause it's them. [censored] this card and all the specialists. They only specialists at taking our [censored] broke rice eatings bums

I'm Lex, if you were a victim of fraud on your card as well, I'm sure I can help you out to get your money back plus extras. I had to take extra measures to get my funds back, and as of now everything is coming along and working in my favor. I hired me a lawyer and if you are interested in getting your money back, I can turn you on to my Lawyer that's helping me in my case against

Fintwist / Comdata, it's free and you don't have to pay upfront, you pay once your case is settled.

Whatever was taken from your card, trust me, you are going to get triple what they chose not to pay you back

You can Email me, because, my Lawyer told me, that if I were able to get enough people that has experienced this problem with this company, that we can make it a class action lawsuit and everybody can get paid.

The worst card ever! We have been trying to get restrictions off the card for a few days. They ask if the transactions are ours,we say yes,then they say it takes a few hours to come off. We wait till NEXT DAY and its still restriction. They are holding my hard earned money hostage. Customer service is rude,language problem and incompetent. HELP! I'm very frustrated and don't know what to do.

DO NOT GET ONE OF THESE CARDS!

If you have a checking account you can have your bank transfer the funds from comdata. Then have your employer do direct deposit tour checking account. Tell comdata good bye! Comdata says Master card puts the restriction on your card. But I went through the same problem and then I got a CTI card which is Master card. And I've been using online with the same ones I was restricted from buying. And I've had no problems!

* that's the only star I can give this card! They are killing me with a restriction on using my card. It's my dam payroll I receive once every two weeks. And it's time to buy Christmas gifts and hell I can't over BS restrictions on my card! Stick them guidelines where the sun don't shine...! Monday morning they'll be no more DS or BS I'm done dealing with idiots that wants FW my pay, that's mine AHoles.

This has to be the worst card and no point of calling customer service the broken language is awful! My card has been frozen for 3 days because I tried to send a cash app, they asked me if I authorized it I told them yes they still will not remove the restriction from my card

Trying to activate this card so it wants my birthdate, so I punch you in my birthday two numbers two numbers and four numbers okay it tells me that that birthday is not valid with this card so I can't even activate the f****** thing and I'm already pissed off and I already don't like it I'm sorry I'm going to have everything switched over to my Mr wisely card it's a lot better than this piece of s***

Apu says I have to wait until the transaction goes from declined to back on my card BECAUSE he has no damn idea what he's talking about, reads from a script and not in English.

I had 111.34 left to use at my grocery store, the one that gave me the fukata card in the first place, it was declined 3 times so I had to put my entire order on my Discover card. No explanantion why it was declined and why it ate the funds anyway. WORTHLESS card ditto for this company!

Do not ever use this card you will regret it and their customer support will not help. They are uneducated curry eaters
