I Matt Sewell purchased a 1969 Camaro from Frank Schoene at Collision & Restoration Specialist 176 S Morning Side drive Cartersville, Ga . Frank is a known vintage car dealer here locally who will only accept cash payments . He only accepts cash because he does not have a license to sell cars.

Frank and I had many conversations as to what I was wanting in this vehicle. I told Frank numerous times I was looking for a dependable 1969 Chevrolet Camaro, l could take the family to car shows in. Frank told me he had a very dependable matching numbers 1969 ss 396 car you could drive anywhere. Frank told me he needed $46,000.00 for the car. He wanted a classic1962 Chevrolet C10 I owned and agreed to take my C10 as $10,000.00 in the trade and the rest to be paid Cash. So I took out a personal loan for $20,000.00 with lending point capital and got the remaining $16,000.00 out of my bank on March 6 , 2022 . March 6,2022 i went to his Morningside Dr location and traded my C10 and $36,000.00 cash for the 1969 Camaro Mr. Schoene was selling at Collision Restoration Specialist. At the point of sell Mr.Schoene refused to give a bill of sale. He would only give me the tittle to the Camaro and said that was all I needed bc he had not updated the tittle to his business name to save from paying taxes on selling the car. But did require me to give a bill of sale for the 1962 Chevrolet C10 i was trading in. We counted the money and swapped keys. The camaro I purchased did not make it home under its on power and had to be towed to my house. I reported the problems to Mr. Schoene and sent pictures to show Mr.Schoene that engine in the car had 4 busted pistons. At this point Mr.Schoene quit responding and refuses to acknowledge that the car he sold me had a blown engine.
