The way the 'Management' speak to my daughter who has just started working in their express servos is nothing shy of abusive and bullying. From a corporate company this is an absolute disgraceful display. There is a serious lack of workplace monitoring of the management in control. Absolutely disgusting!
I have heard and witnessed over 5 abusive phone calls and they're the ones that I'm around for. They lack communication, they leave staff members on their own when they are supposed to be buddy training them to attend their own activities elsewhere.
On one occasion a manager was so abusive to my daughter in the store in front of customers, the customers had to console her when the manager stormed out.
Desired outcome: Train your staff!!! Remove the bullies from management
