Coby MP3 Player — Lack of customer service
I purchased a Coby MP3 player on Amazon in June 2013. Shortly after receiving it, I noticed that the headphone jack was loose. I sent tech support an email on July 11, 2013 asking about repair, under the warranty provided with the product. After not receiving a response, I sent an email to customer support on August 27, 2013. After still not receiving a response, I called every phone number listed on their website and in the materials shipped with the player. One number (customer care) has been disconnected. Two numbers have quick busy tones. All others ring, but no one answers, including the number listed as their corporate offices, area code 718.
