Coastal Massage and Spa review: Paid for spa service, no service rendered 2

My wife and I did not have a pleasant experience. My wife booked a Valentines day couples massage and when we showed up the owner Theresa told my wife the she booked incorrectly and there were no couples rooms available. Theresa was unwilling to rebook without us paying a penalty. I am sure Theresa will have something snarky to say in response to this review but the bottom line is she kept my wife's $150.00 gift certificate and no services were rendered. To be clear, we paid for a massage, no massage or remediation given. Lots of other choices available for a massage with more reputable business practices. I cannot recommend.
