Despite Trump's refusal to participate in any RNC primary debates, CNN has apparently decided that no other candidates or potential candidates for the GOP nomination exist — which I am sure comes as a big surprise to Haley, Pence and DeSantis. In CNN's world, AND TRUMP'S, Trump is the only Republican running. That is neither true nor accurate (at least, not yet, but with help like this from CNN it likely soon will be), but it appears CNN wants to take advantage of Fox's temporary setback and grab as much of their currently displaced audience as possible, and to hell with upholding journalistic standards, much less fairness (ex: equal time for opponents?). CNN's just getting ready to be the new go to for the right, which might serve corporate interests but throws any claim it might have to excellence in journalism out the window. Sold out.

I used to watch CNN for down the middle (though, truthfully, already leaning right) news. Now, I not only won't be watching CNN's ill-conceived and lopsided town hall, I won't be watching CNN at all. Just like I won't watch Fox. Birds of a feather.

Ironic that down below I have to attest that what I've said is complete and not misleading: WHY DON'T YOU DO THE SAME! Can you even? It's going to be really hard going forward.

Desired outcome: At the VERY LEAST invite all other Republican candidates to participate. I mean, really, wtf are you thinking? Do you want to just crown Trump?!! Reminder: in America we don't have kings!
