I hate this service do not buy anything from these people I bought a $1699.00 camera pkg. The camera's was hooked up for one month and the hard drive messed up I got a rainbow screen I sent it back on 11-16-2009 and it is 1-4-2010 and I have not got it back yet and Patrick has told me twice he would ship the DVR the next day this people are scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO YOUR SYSTEM IT IS YOUR FAULT NOT THERE'S STAY AWAY FROM CCTV CLOSEOUT.

For this reason This company is cloing their doors here in Houston.. Many issues with local dealers with the same problems.. They claim to be growing and expanding but the truth is that they are not cutting it here in Houston..

This company is aweful. Mike does not actually want to help. I attempted to resolve my issue with him last week and he refuses. He is stated a DVD cover or something is missing from the DVR system that we had ordered that barely left the box and was returned in the same condition that it came in. They are now charging me 25% off of an almost $800 order. Their return policy is a scam and they find whatever reason they can to keep peoples money. Also, this seems like a company that only has four employees...it's always the same people. One RMA person, one refunds person, and two sales people? Not exactly the company they come off as. And don't call Mike, he'll just ruin your day while he insults you.

I totally agree! This Company Sucks! I tried to return a camera that never worked right out of the box and they way that they deal with it is to ignor all calls.
When you try to make a return they put you on hold for atleast 15 minutes.
Then they transfer you to tech suppport. You then explain to tech support you are looking to make an exchange.
They put you on hold for 15 min and transfer you to Customer Service.
Then they hang up every time
Total time on hold 30-40 min before hang up.

I have tried this several times.

They also have live support on the web. They take your question, you can see they are typing. Then they display a message that no on is available.

THEY ARE THE WORST!
