Had a colonoscopy at CCF on 2/21/22, front desk required me to pay full amount of $2K upfront, which I did. This would take care of covering my deductible for the year. As of April 6, 2022 (a month and a half later), CCF has not sent my claim billing paperwork to my insurance UHC, forcing me to continue paying out of pocket for other medical expenses. I have called several times and been left waiting on the phone 7 times for over half an hour, after which the call just cuts off. Email is no better as they simply ignore my pleas for assistance.
Desired outcome: I would like CCF to send UHC the paperwork for my claim so that UHC can apply the $2K payment to my account ASAP.
