Clay Cooley Nissan in Irving review: 2020 camaro. Service

We bought the car august 25th. The salesman Victor sandy informed me that he would fix the scratches and get us this addition key fob, get us car Mats which weren’t in the car, and completely replace the wheels. They then informed us that they were just going to be repainting the wheels. And not replace the wheels for us. It is now September 10th and I still don’t have my car, we have called multiple times and still have not gotten a single call back. We have been reaching out for Victor and the sales manager Carla Macias. And we haven’t gotten any information in any timely manner.
