Citizens Mortgage review: Mortgage

After 9 consecutive months of Citizens Mortgage paying taxes the incorrect parcel for my property, my monthly mortgage payment went from $2,752.53 to $3,274 - I'll do the math for you, that's a difference of $522.04, I still haven't received a resolution. I'm beyond frustrated and need an answer NOW! Citizens Mortgage you're an awful mortgage servicer!
