The mod was locking customers inside the store during operating hours stating there were to many patrons and the store was short handed this took place at 6:07pm during dinner rush when I expressed that the door should not be locked during operating hours the mod told me I could have my money back as no other patron was complaining when I advised it was illegal and the fire department would shut the location down for locking customers inside the premises I was advised I could have my money back I then had exchanges with the mod a woman with lavender weave and left the restaurant
